Congrats Emmi!

Bluebonnet Festival is a big deal at the girls' school. It's a carnival style fundraiser. All the children made posters announcing it. Emily received 3rd place for the entire 2nd grade. Way to go Emms!

I was about to add captions or comments to the pictures, but decided not to. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

Lee's 35!

On March 25, 1975 Lee Golden Reynolds was born! It goes without saying that we are SO glad he was. Here are some pictures of our celebration. After gifts we went out to dinner. I had a party planned for that weekend, but a couple of the kids were sick and throwing up. So it got postponed.

Instead of wrapping gifts, I had the kids "act them out." As you can imagine we laughed pretty hard with the boys! They had fun and daddy was very surprised!

Seth really tried hard to keep his pants up!

Lee wanted "Greater Than Us All," a wonderful collection of music by Kenneth Cope. He is actually going to sing one of these songs in church May 16th and I will be accompanying him on the piano.

Emily had used some of her school coupons to buy daddy a present from the school store.

Camping adventures in Huntsville, Texas

Once again, we attended the annual Huntsville campout. It's not a Church sponsored activity, however, it kinda looks that way. Of the 25 shelters at the park, 22 are reserved for our large group. It's a blast! Everywhere you look you see friends and their families. Children run wild and free. And it doesn't hurt that the location is absolutely perfect for camping. So beautiful.

Here are the boys trying to get the wet wood to start! Good thing we got there early this year. These two little helpers turned out to be big helpers. Sometimes TOO big! Check out Ethan's mouth, love it!

Awwww..... dinner at last! Hot dogs really do taste better cooked over the fire! Or we were really hungry! :o)

Pres. Gillis, also our homeeacher, took us all for a ride in his canoe. Triplets enjoyed it only when the water was calm, no bumps. I guess I might have over done it when I told them to stay out of the water because there were alligators in it. Really there are! But I didn't mentioned that they usually stayed on the other side of the lake. Oh well, better safe than sorry! With the girls, we saw 2 alligators, a blue crane and a really big black and orange turtle.

Some of our friends and their sailboat and "CAT"

This will be us next year!

Lee hanging out with some of the guys.

I found a little bear, stuck forever now, in a tree! I guess Pooh Bear never got out of the honey tree! Poor little guy!

Easter egg hunt!!! Nearly 900 eggs "hidden" this year! Lots of bunnies in the woods you know.

Morning fog over the lake. So peaceful and beautiful! Can't wait until next year. Anyone want to come with us?
